In Year 2 this week, we will be using the text 'Around the World in Eighty Days';- to become familiar with different types of writing such as a postcard, letter and diary entry;
- to be able to research and create a fact file.
Mathematics
In Year 2 this week, we will be learning;- to read and use scales;
- to measure length, mass, capacity and temperature using equipment and standard units;
- to solve measurement problems.
