To form and write instructions correctly.
To write our own set of instructions for making Monster Soup.

Mathematics

In Year 2 this week, we will be learning;

To recognise and use the number bonds to 10 and 20.
To be able to use the inverse operation for number bonds to 20.

To find missing numbers.

In Year 2 this week, we will be learning;

To identify the key features of instructions.
To sequence and write a set of instructions.

Mathematics

In Year 2 this week, we will be learning;

To know that a 2 digit number is made up of tens and ones. E.G. 47 = 40 + 7
To find 10 more and 10 less than a number.
To add amounts of money up to 30p.

To count in patterns of 2, 5 and 10.
To identify odd and even numbers.
